Welcome! My name is Jes, and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. I received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Family Studies from St. Olaf College in 2003. I went on to receive a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.

I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma related disorders. I work with individuals, couples, and families.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I have also completed Level 1 training the Gottman approach for couples therapy.
